- Shaala Timings: 6:30 am to 9.30 am
- Batches (only in mornings): 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30
- Your Class Time will be provided to you on the day of enrolment.
- You must come 5 minutes earlier to your allotted time (Coming late is strictly NOT allowed)
- Exclusive Batch for Senior Citizens: 10:00 am onwards
- Shaala will remain CLOSED on all Saturdays and Moon Days
- Ladies holiday – No practice at all for the first 3 days.
- There are no trial classes, weekly drop-ins, or short-term courses offered at AYM.
- Your monthly fees should be deposited between the 1st and 7th of every month.
- Kindly note that fees once paid is not refundable and not adjustable in the future.
- New joiners will have to pay two monthly fees in advance.
- Submit fees and passport-size photo on the first day of your class.
- Put the fee in an envelope and write your name and date of enrollment on it.
- You must SHOWER before coming to the shaala.
- Keep your footwear neatly in the shoe rack or in a single line.
- You should enter the shaala quietly, do your practice sincerely and exit the shaala silently without disturbing other students.
- STRICTLY no use of mobile phones or other gadgets inside shaala premises.
- You must keep your phone in SILENT/SWITCHED-OFF mode in your bag.
- STRICTLY no use of any fragrance, as it can cause problems to students with allergies.
- No accessories, other than your yoga mat, while practicing.
- Keep your belongings at home or in your bag.
- Place your mat in the cover and keep it in the rack after practice.
- You must WIPE YOUR SWEAT off the floor once your practice is over.
- Kindly bring a spare towel for the same
- Be it your FIRST, 10000th, or LAST class – Respect the decorum of the shaala and obey the guidelines given.
